Heather Albrecht, Coach for Young breast cancer patients & survivors
Hi, I’m Heather, your guide to resilience, peace & purpose beyond cancer
I’m here to help you navigate the journey you never expected to take. When I was diagnosed with triple-positive breast cancer at 38, I felt like my world had flipped upside down. It was a whirlwind of worry, appointments, treatments, and trying to hold it all together—for my family, for my business, for myself.
I know firsthand how isolating it can feel even if you’re surrounded by friends and family. Breast cancer at a young age brings unique challenges. Whether you’re in the dreadful waiting phase, anxiously piecing together your diagnosis and treatment plan, in the midst of chemo and exhaustion, or wondering how to rebuild your life after treatment, it can be hard to know where to turn. How do you keep showing up for everyone else when you’re barely holding on? How do you process the grief, fear, and anger that bubble up when life doesn’t look like you planned?
For me, the coaching tools I had used in my practice became a lifeline. They helped me find clarity in the chaos and a depth of strength I didn’t know I had. My history with burnout six years earlier reminded me of the toll neglecting my own well-being during difficult times had taken. This time, I was determined to care for myself in a way I hadn’t during past adversities. I made time to honor my emotions instead of shoving them aside, to prioritize my well-being without guilt, and to create moments of joy even in the hardest times. These tools didn’t just help me survive—they allowed me to start thriving again.
That’s why I shifted focus in my practice and became a coach for women like you. You don’t have to go through this alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Whether you’re sitting in a chemo chair or navigating life beyond treatment, I’m here to help you find relief from the weight you’re carrying. Together, we’ll create space for your emotions, rewrite the stories that are keeping you stuck, and reconnect with the hope and joy that feel so far away right now.
Your diagnosis does not define you, and your life isn’t on pause—it’s still yours to live, to shape, and to love. Let’s create a path forward that feels good to you. You deserve that.
